SHIPPING/DELIVERY

  • Mon-Fri. We offer 2 days GTA delivery for orders received before 10:30 am Eastern, on items in stock and non-customized
  • During the peak holiday season orders made within 4 days in the GTA
  • Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are only recommended in the GTA. We will require all pertinent information relating to the recipient.
  • To avoid disappointment, please order early as possible during The Festive Season.

We offer local delivery in the Greater Toronto area from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm Eastern Time. During the holiday season, residential gifts may be delivered up to 10:00 pm. Please note that attempted on the date selected, however, we are unable to ensure delivery on that date. We recommend that a person is home to receive delivery, but other arrangements may be made subject to your suggestion. If there is no one available or no alternate arrangements have been, the item(s) will be returned to the delivery company’s depot.

ACROSS CANADA

  • Mon-Fri. Orders shipping outside the GTA placed before 1:00pm will typically ship out the same day.
  • Ontario and Quebec: 1-3 business days
  • Other provinces/Territories 4-9+ days.
  • Please note: we work with third party for deliveries outside of the GTA and are unable to redirect deliveries with this partner once they have left our warehouse.

UNITED STATES

  • Mon-Fri. Orders shipping outside of the GTA placed before 1:00pm will typically ship out the same day.
  • 3-8 business days for standard delivery
  • Please note: there may be delays due to United States customs.
  • Faster delivery service is available, add product to cart to check rates.
  • To Avoid disappointment, please order as early as possible during The Festive Season.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In the event a damaged or wrong package is received, contact us by E-Mail: [email protected], and inform us of the issue. We will arrange to exchange the product promptly.

Any personalized items purchased (e.g. a blanket with a name embroidered on it) are non-refundable unless it can be proven that the item delivered is either damaged or wrong name is embroidered on it. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, credit will be issued in the amount of purchase less delivery, upon us receiving the item(s).

CUSTOMIZATION

Upon request, we can customize our baby blankets. The baby’s name will be embroidered on one corner of the blanket (unless otherwise specified) for a $10 fee. This service can generally be provided within 4 business days of placement of order excluding weekends.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

  • Occasionally we’ll attempt to deliver a gift, and it can’t be delivered. This can occur if the item is refused at the time of delivery, an incorrect address was recorded, or the order was missing information, the receiver moved, or it was determined unsafe to be left.
  • If a gift is undeliverable, it will be returned to our head office and the sender will be notified via phone, or email from which the order was placed.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is the utmost importance to us! It’s safe to say that we don’t under any circumstances: sell, share, or rent any client’s information. We do employ outside companies to perform deliveries, sending emails and processing credit card payments. However, the information they receive is limited to complete their assigned tasks, and that only. Should you wish to at any time, unsubscribe from our email list you may do so by following the instructions at the end of each communication.
